"Worthless app. I'm sure I was overcharged the first time I used this app. There was an added feature where the app has do verification of references like employment, passport and social reference. I never had to do that before and that ish was frustrating as all hell. The app also wouldn't take my picture of the odometer after trying to add it like 15 times. Everytime I used this app I had to call uhaul for help. This is not a self service app."

"This app is very buggy. I had to logout and then log back into the app to get it to update and find my reservation that I made online. The return process was problematic as well because it wouldn't upload the photos of the returned equipment. I finally had to borrow my wife's Apple phone to complete the return process after it failed on the Android version after about 15 attempts. Even the Apple version took a couple of attempts for each photo. The idea behind the app and the things it promises to do would be very useful if the app actually worked."

"Bad news app. It is without a doubt not ready for prime time. The app seems well laid out but it doesn't work. This leads me to believe that their system has yet to catch up with the app. U-Haul's IT system is extremely unreliable. Fortunately the on-site staff is very helpful and ready to finish completing your order."

"The app was essentially useless during my truck return. The return involves submitting photos to show the truck is clean and undamaged, but the app would not attach any photos after I tried several times. I had to switch to the Uhaul website to finish my check-out. Very stressful, not user friendly, and frankly does not work for what it is intended for. I tried searching the app for a helpline for issues with pickups/returns and there was nothing besides roadside assistance."
